We accept only size exchanges to give you  a better fit. The products can be exchanged for correct size given that they are in perfect condition within 5 days of receiving the product.

1. Clean Gently : Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents.
2. Avoid Excessive Moisture : Keep away from prolonged water exposure. If wet, dry naturally — avoid direct heat or sunlight.
3. Store Thoughtfully : Store your shoes in a cool, dry place. Use the original DA NAPPA dust bag or box to maintain shape and finish.
4. Maintain the Shape : Use shoe fillers or tissue paper inside the shoes when storing to retain their silhouette.
5. Mind the Surface : Avoid rough surfaces that may scratch or damage the PU leather or embellishments.
6. Spot Clean Only : For stains, gently dab with a mild soap solution using a microfiber cloth. Test on a small area first.
