Trishank comes from a lineage of skilled footwear craftsmen, with his father Sanjeev Manocha, establishing a footwear business in 1990. Growing up surrounded by the art of shoemaking, he developed a deep appreciation for quality, precision, and customer experience. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has dedicated himself to carrying forward his father’s legacy while taking the business to new heights.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Trishank founded DA NAPPA to blend tradition with modern elegance. He believes that great footwear isn’t just about style—it’s about how it feels. Tushar Manocha, younger brother to founder Trishank Manocha, brings a global perspective to DA NAPPA. After earning his master’s degree in Canada, he gained valuable international experience across dynamic markets. With a passion for innovation and an instinct for modern trends, he returned to India to help scale the brand and carry forward the family legacy.

Tushar leads DA NAPPA’s marketing and branding initiatives. His goal is to position the brand not just as a footwear label, but as a lifestyle statement that resonates with today’s modern, confident woman.
