At DA NAPPA, we take pride in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our footwear. While we do not accept returns, we understand that sizing and fit are important, which is why we offer size exchanges and store credit options to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Size Exchanges

  • We currently offer only size exchanges. Returns or Refunds are not accepted.
  • You may exchange your shoes for a different size within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and accessories.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 1 year , which can be used towards any future purchases at DA NAPPA.

To start an exchange quickly, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 8800668563, or email us at info@danappa.com with your Order ID and a brief reason for the exchange. We'll handle everything from there!

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the new size at no additional cost to you.

Product Issues & Delivery Guidelines

Please do not accept a delivery if the outer packaging appears open, damaged, or tampered with. For issues such as damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the item is received in damaged or defective condition, We will provide a replacement of the same product. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a credit note.

To Report a Damaged item

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email at info@danappa.com with your ORDER ID, Brief description of the issue & clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will assess the case and initiate a resolution (replacement or store credit) promptly.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit will be issued if the desired size is not available.
  • It will be sent via email in the form of a unique digital code, valid for 1 year.
  • Store credit is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All exchange requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Da Nappa reserves the right to reject an exchange if the return item does not match our conditions.
